Each appointment starts with a thorough intake and assessment. We then create a treatment plan with you to ensure we are accomplishing your goals. After treatment, we will set you up with referrals to supporting practitioners and give you a customized homecare plan through our third-party app which allows you to message us directly with any questions.

From the day I was born I have faced health concerns. From jaundice as a new born, fevers at 2 weeks old, to falling 20 ft off a bridge at 7. My life has been filled with a medical history miles long. These are things that have motivated me to be in healthcare. I am a firm believer that pain doesn't have to become our personality and I support this in my practice by staying up to date on new research, changing treatment as new information and changes present themselves, and focusing on pairing patients with other allied healthcare practitioners who can provide nutrition and mental healthcare resources. My dream is for a future that is based in healthcare instead of sick care and I have started doing that through my practice, little by little.
