Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hours notice policy with a  100% charge for missed or late cancellations. To ensure that this policy is enforced all new bookings will require a credit card on file. Please also be aware that your insurance only covers treatments received not treatments missed therefore a card is still required even if you use direct billing. Credit cards on file will only be charged within the parameters of the above policy. Please remember that your appointment time is reserved for you, if you for any reason cannot make your appointment please be sure to give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid the late cancellation and no-show fees.

Booking Policy

Out of respect to practitioners and other patients, we ask that you do not book multiple spaces back-to-back as back-ups for schedule changes. Please limit yourself to one booking per week unless otherwise recommended. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in overbooked spaces being cancelled and online booking access being blocked. 

Online booking is open up to 2 hours before the appointment time. 

If you cannot commit to a specific time in advance or cannot find a spot that works for you, please add yourself to the waitlist so you can be notified when shorter-notice spaces have opened.
